INFLUENCE OF GEOMETRY OF FUSION LINE ON DECARBONIZATION IN DISSIMILAR WELD JOINTS AFTER HEAT TREATMENT

چکیده

Welded joints of dissimilar steels are widely used in various components the steam-water circuit at thermal and nuclear power plants. In such welded after tempering during high-temperature operations, carbon migrates through fusion surface from less alloyed steel to more due difference chemical potential these steels. Decarburization weld-adjacent area ​​the heat affected zone steel, which occurs migration, can lead formation defects subsequent failures service. It was noticed that thickness decarburized layer varies depending on geometry line: treatment places convexity weld base metal is than concavity weld. To numerically estimate influence shape line intensity decarburization zone, it proposed use a geometric factor. The aim work find function for as factor, would allow locally variable complex curve (in our case - line) point outside express scalar parameter. An integral ФL(t) proposed, "scans" L t zone; obtained numerical value this each be interpreted order or operation given L, construct field by implementation using computer vision software.
